Year 6 Residential Trip
In the Summer term, Year 6 spend a week in the Forest of Dean at The Christian Adventure Centre – Viney Hill. What a special place it is! It is the perfect residential trip to mark the end of our pupils’ journeys at Powell’s and discover the great outdoors through adventurous activities such as caving, mountain biking, canoeing and so much more. The children can try activities they may not have had the opportunity to do before and the different activities help the children in learning the important skill of cooperation whilst also developing their own self-esteem.
